Introduction : The Rs3server's Community
When you join the server, it means you accept to respect the rules that will follow the next lines. This thread is a must read if you don't want to get in any sort of trouble. Like any server, when joining our community you'll start out as a normal Player. You'll be playing among others players, moderators, administrators, co-owners and owners that you'll have to respect no matter what. If you show others you care and respect the server and its players, they'll treat you well and you'll enjoy every seconds on our servers. Now please read the following :

For All players :

~ Language ~
-Offensive language isn't tolerated and is punishable (mute/ip-mute).
-Spamming isn't allowed, it is a type of disturbance we don't accept on here (mute/ip-mute).
-Advertising is strictly prohibited, if you do you'll be subject to sanctions (from mute to ip-ban).
-Luring will guide you to severe punishment.

~ Wilderness ~
-Looting someone else than your victim isn't allowed, you could get jailed.
-Pile jumping (pj) is forsaken on rs3server, you can get jailed.
-Attacking players that train Slayer is prohibited, this will give you a one way ticket to jail.
-Rushing with 4 or less items isn't tolerated, you must wait for your partner's approval before attacking him, if you don't it's jail time for you.
-Using easter ring to kill someone can get you banned.

If you kill someone when doing one of the previous rules you MUST give the item you collected back to their owners or the punishment will get even tougher on you.

~ Items ~
-Duping is, of course, prohibited on this server, if you get caugth you won't be able to come back on the server.
-Spawning, without the status of admins or better, will get you banned.
-Scamming is disallowed, your act will be followed by severe consequences.
-Accepting items that come from duplication is debarred and is punishable.
-Using any illegal item can be followed by an exile.

~ Playing ~
-Logging-in multiple accounts at a same time is not allowed.
-Sharing accounts is not recommended.
-Abusing a glitch will get you banned.
-Using cheat engine or other platform/softwares of the sort is strictly prohibited.
-Using any sort of bots (autos/macros/etc...) will get you banned without a warning.
-Impersonating somebody will get you in serious trouble.

~ Demands ~
-Begging to be unjailed/unmute/unbanned will deteriorate your situation.
-Asking to go to donor's will get you a warning and might get you punished.

~ On Forum ~
Here's what you shouldn't do :
-Advertising
-Spamming
-Impersonating someone
-Use inappropriate language
-Bully fellow users
-Push others to break rules
-Ignoring staff's messages/warnings
-Double posting
-Copying content from other users without their authorization
-Create useless posts
-Post answers that are irrelevant
-Anything that seems mean/hurtful/stupid
-Posting topics in mods/admins-only sections

~ For Mods ~
-Jailing for no reason is absolutely not permitted.
-Muting without a reason is against rules and is punishable.
-Selling other accounts for Runescapre Gold isn't tolerated.

~ For Admins ~
-Teleporting someone into the wilderness to kill isn't allowed.
-Bringing normal players to donor's is prohibited.
-Banning other admins can get you demoted.
-Promoting or giving donor without the co-owner/owner's authorization is forsaken.
-Selling your account for Runescape gold will get you demoted.
 
~ For Co-Owners ~
-Promoting/Demoting users for no reason can get demoted and even banned from the servers.
-Spawning monsters that could cause damage to innocent players is prohibited and will get you a demotion.

Don't forget your rights as a player : If corruption is established, you may post on the forum a proof of your accusation and the concerned will face disciplinary sanctions. - Guideexpert being the sexy beast he is.

Hey, I'd like to add/ask somethings about the rules in pvp.

-Looting someone else than your victim isn't allowed, you could get jailed.

Uhhm this can cause a bit confusion..

Looting isn't allowed at all unless an admin gives you permission.
If it are your own items its illegal too but if you take loot from someone you fought fair then it is.


-Pile jumping (pj) is forsaken on rs3server, you can get jailed.

Make it: Player/Pile jumping? If someone didn't kill his target yet, its not pile jumping.


-Rushing with 4 or less items isn't tolerated, you must wait for your partner's approval before attacking him, if you don't it's jail time for you.

Rushing is not allowed at all? Or is it? We should make a post about it. Some admins say it is legal, and some say it's not.


-Using easter ring to kill someone can get you banned.

This can also cause confusion.

E ringing players that loot/rush/4 item etc is legal isn't it?

MEANS: You may only take the items dropped by the player you killed


-Make it: Player/Pile jumping? If someone didn't kill his target yet, its not pile jumping.

I don't get it, why you point out something that is not really related with the listed rule. -Pile jumping (pj) is forsaken on rs3server, you can get jailed.

Rushing is allowed if you risk. This was voted couple of months ago. However some admins don't read rules so make their own...

E ringing players that loot/rush/4 item etc is legal isn't it?
If you're admin yes, you may do those things for good.
If you're a player you can not use E ring, you can only loot the player you killed, you can rush if you risk and you need to be wearing at least 4 items (or 5 depending on admins).

If you're admin yes, you may do those things for good.
If you're a player you can not use E ring, you can only loot the player you killed, you can rush if you risk and you need to be wearing at least 4 items (or 5 depending on admins).

How about make a new voting poll and see what the players/admins think now?

Most admins that voted at the time are not long gone or hacked... except holy. And sure you can make a poll if you want to.

Death, I didn't make this so.. Guideexpert made this on rs7, I didn't create the rules on it.

And my rules were just updating Holy's one and were made one after the order with some agreements with co-owners and important staff. But the problem is solved here
