Rushing legal or not?

Rushing could be legal if there were no gold rings. gold rings make it so that it is almost impossible to live from a rush because even dds specs are always ramboed so it should be illegal until gold rings are deleted.

This was mention a few months ago. Here is the pros and cons :

Why it should be legal :
-It's the Wilderness, it's not a place that should be controlled to much but only a place where players engage themselves into fights and know that they might die.
-Rs3server is an Rsps, the closest it is to the game, the better it is, thus rushing should be allowed (when risking)
-Rushing looters or 2-3 items rushers is allowed, why not be more open-minded

Why it shouldn't be legal :
-The one getting rushed could die in 1-2 specs
(we responded that starting a fight would be similar, one of the player will attack the other first anyway)
(they responded that players weren't ready)
(we responded that this is wilderness, you better drink pots and all before going there and shouldn't be afk or else)
(they were speechless)
-New players get pwn
(we repsonded that new players don't even know rules so, most of them are rushers actually)

Done, the "making it legal when risking" won the debate.

If it wasn't legal, why acdodo allowed players  with gold rings and taste vengance+ claws?
